Officially I’m Dave Harris, licensed Realtor with Capitol Realty Group here in the Twin Cities.

I’m a local Real Estate agent and I have worked with many sellers in the St. Paul suburbs including; White Bear Lake, Mahtomedi, North St. Paul, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Oakdale, Stillwater, Hugo, Maplewood areas.  I’ve been selling locally for nearly 10 years, I grew up in these neighborhoods and I have lived all over within these cities.  With that said; I’m familiar with where to get a good pizza, school districts, local hangouts, as well as the market trends.  This gives my sellers the advantage as this helps me convey a more influential message to potential buyers about your home and location with more much more conviction than an agent who doesn’t know your area.
